Final Evaluation Guidelines
An evaluation report provides The Stocker Foundation and its grantee partners an opportunity for reflection about successes, next steps, and lessons learned. The final evaluation report provides valuable learning experiences, enabling us to improve our grantmaking and to help nonprofit organizations in all communities served.

When are final evaluation reports due?
A final evaluation is due 60 days after 100% of grant-related activities are complete. Please contact the Foundation if there are any questions or an extension is required. If the grantee has a scheduled payment as part of a multi-year grant award, the payment will be held until the year-end evaluation report has been received and approved.

For mid-year reporting guidelines, please contact The Stocker Foundation directly for more information.
